Extremely difficult ...

Extremely difficult to sit through the whole album of Final Cut. Horrible to say the least. You can honestly sit there and tell me Final Cut was better than Division Bell? I do beleive you are the one who is mentally challenged. I've never heard anyone or anything (person, radio station, anything) play Final Cut at all. Do a little research and you'll see, even band members of Floyd don't like Final Cut. Did I mention Division Bell won a grammy for best rock instrumental for Marooned.

Try listening to "Amused to Death", perhaps Rogers best solo album. It's pretty phenomenal. And yes, On an Island was a beautiful album, particularly the title track.

It all worked out. Pink Floyd was a collaborative effort at its prime. Dark Side, their best album, was completely collaborative. With "The Wall", Waters was discovering his own artistic and musical form, and has now put out several albums and is performing The Wall with huge world-wide success. Meanwhile, Gilmour and the other members have been making their own music, with its own feel. Love them all. Don't see why the fans bicker more than the bandmates.
